From entering the saleroom at Ocean BMW the receptionist, sales staff and service personnel are welcoming and offer coffee, explain if there is a slight delay and are very courteous.

Was suggested l return at four to collect car, but didn't get car back until 5.20 so wait'd over an hour. Understand day may not always go as they planned & although they keep pop heads around to apologise feel they should of phone & delayed me.

The work was completed in a reasonable time. The only reservation I have is that the very nice person who dealt with me was not able to explain to me what was being done to the car. I am not a technical person but would have liked to know.

I booked my car in for repair to faulty indicator pre MOT. On day prior to warranty expiring. Got call to say car being motÂ’ed early and indicator would be fixed later. No call to say work done.,. still not done next day.

The full warranty check was not completed on first visit due to lack of parts. A return visit was made which ran way over time. I was unable to accept the comp wash which is one of the quality service elements, which sets BMW apart from other garages

A very friendly service at Ocean Mini, but unfortunately the car was released with the wrong number plate so had to be replaced. However, once discovered, this was changed by the garage at my home.

As above, the job was done well but there was a communication problem which I think was not the staff's problem but did make the experience less good. I did appreciate the "taxi" service that I was offered. This certainly helped me.
