Excellent service, knowledgable and friendly staff.
When I booked the service I was told it would take about 2 hours. When I checked the car in I was told it would take all day, resulting in my husband running me home and then taking me back to pick the car up, a round trip of an 1.5 hours twice!
I had to wait about half an hour to be given the loan car ( pre arranged) and half an hour to pick the car up, even though I had just been telephoned to collect it.
All brilliant but they forgot to update the clock, one hour wrong, and I've wasted hours trying to do it myself

I was kept informed all the way until i received my new mini
The only downside was the time waiting to be seen by the service desk even though I had been booked in - perhaps I had turned up a little bit later than planned though so that might explain it

I was disappointed that it was not pointed out that the MOT not actually due until 1st Sept and you went ahead and MOT the car 3 days early hence losing a whole month. This I felt was bad customer service and after my Complaint MOT price reduced
The car was ready when they said it would be ready
Mini recovered next day and returned to our home as soon as done.

From the moment I entered the Mini centre I was met with friendly, polite people. Particularly with the young lady salesperson, who spent so much time making sure I was getting the car I wanted.
99% satisfied although I had to remind the salesman about the full tank of fuel and rubber mats that had been included - still haven't received the mats either.

I bought my mini at the Paignton BMW garage. James was very friendly, helpful from start to finish. I would thoroughly praise him.

offered tea and coffee on arrival . given good info regards finance . not so much on specifications of vehicle.
First class. Courteous and helpful. Explained products very well and extremely patient when I kept changing my mind.
Can't think how you could improve the service - except possibly you could arrange collection and return of vehicle for service.
