I think the communication between the booking agent in Plymouth and the dealership was very poor. I took great trouble explaining the issue with a door that had to be fixed before the MOT and filling out the form etc and nothing was passed on. Frustr

Jacob was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I waited for the service to be carried out on my car and the customer waiting area was very comfortable. I was kept informed as the work progressed which was very helpful.

Was told there was an oil leak but not happy with them putting new oil in if that was the case they then said it could be an historical leak we said we would monitor it as we've seen no leak on the drive. We did however just pay for the filters happy

They thought about the customer and made sure we were happy. My children loved going to Paignton Zoo with the complimentary tickets.
