I think the communication between the booking agent in Plymouth and the dealership was very poor. I took great trouble explaining the issue with a door that had to be fixed before the MOT and filling out the form etc and nothing was passed on. Frustr

Jacob was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I waited for the service to be carried out on my car and the customer waiting area was very comfortable. I was kept informed as the work progressed which was very helpful.

I had to wait for my mini to be sent for its MOT and had very little wait time. Well within what was estimated. Lovely environment provided for the wait.
