Regarding the service I received everything was as indicated. No adverse issues. However there was an issue which has nothing to do with the Torbay team. I had requested a courtesy car but was denied insurance because I am now 86 years old.

Difficult diagnostic problem identified diligently. Only charged for 1 hr labour and I'm sure it must have taken longer
