I had to wait 5hours in reception for service to be done as they forgot about me so not very happy has had taken time off work

Only problem is they don't have enough courtesy cars which in a country area is essential.

The scheduled work was carried out exactly as said, the staff were polite and helpful and my car was returned on time and the car was washed and vacuumed without being asked.

My car was in for an oil service, MOT and investigation as the boot keeps opening, dropped off at 8.30 and was needed back by 3.30. No call at lunch as promised I had to chase, car wasn't ready in time and not cleaned etc.

My vehicle requires parking sensor check, & is rebooked to go to BMW,& it was clearly explained could take a few days, it's disappointing that a courtesy car is only available if I pay £24 per day, as I live in Dartmouth. Please review this.

I questioned if a rubber seal had been replaced. They were checking. Then I was told it was all ready, but on inspection the seal is the same. However, this was not from the service, but was supposed to have been done when I purchased the car.

We have bought several ministers from Ocean Torbay because they always look after us so well. They are efficient, friendly and always go the extra mile to look after us. We can even pop in if we need to reset the Bluetooth to our phones. Fab staff
